Robotic Arrays

LP180SR
Subsea nodal weld eddy current probe for robotic inspection with right-angled (90°) version available. Features 6 array pairings with 8 mm lift-off and software-selectable interrogation.
The LP180SR is a subsea nodal weld eddy current probe for robotic inspection of medium to large ferritic welds, with a right-angled (90°) version available. Its array design inspects the HAZ, weld toe, and cap in a single pass and accommodates offshore nodal joints with up to 30° connection tolerance. Featuring 6 array pairings (6 Bx, 6 Bz) across two sensor faces, software-selectable interrogation minimizes handling and inspection time. Each active face provides 8 mm lift-off capability with independent lift-off indicators, enabling inspection through most coatings. A hard-wearing protective array, threaded mounts, and a galvanised aluminium housing make the LP180SR ideal for harsh subsea environments.

LP170SR
Subsea nodal weld eddy current probe for robotic inspection of medium to large ferritic welds. Features 7 array pairings with 8 mm lift-off and software-selectable interrogating faces.
The LP170SR is a subsea nodal weld eddy current probe designed for robotic inspection of medium to large ferritic welds. Its array configuration inspects the HAZ, weld toe, and cap in a single pass and is optimized for offshore nodal joints with up to 30° connection tolerance. Featuring 7 array pairings (7 Bx, 7 Bz) with software-selectable interrogating faces, it minimizes mechanical handling and inspection time. Each active face offers 8 mm lift-off capability with independent lift-off indicators, enabling inspection through most coatings. A hard-wearing protective array, threaded mounts, and galvanised aluminium housing make the LP170SR ideal for harsh subsea and offshore environments.
